Alle aktiven Pfadfinder*innen des VCPs k\u00f6nnen sich darauf bewerben. F\u00fcr das Wintersemester 2019\/2020 wurden neben dem Vollstipendien sogar ein paar Teilstipendien f\u00fcr VCPer*innen vergeben.
